the power of change
At sansaar, impact is not measured in big numbers, but in real, visible shifts — step by step, piece by piece.

how change is shaped
Change does not happen overnight. Especially in pottery, it takes time, patience, and commitment.
Through hands-on training, women learn to work with clay — but also to trust their own abilities. They practice, repeat, fail, and begin again.
In a safe and supportive space, skills grow alongside confidence. What starts as uncertainty slowly becomes independence — shaped step by step, piece by piece.
what change enables
With new skills come new possibilities.
Women begin to earn their own income — often for the first time. They contribute to their families and start making decisions for themselves. Confidence grows in everyday moments: finding their way through the city, speaking up, being seen and heard.
What begins in the studio slowly reaches far beyond it — into homes, families, and lives. This change is made possible through the support of people who believe in it.

how change has taken shape
sansaar was founded at the end of 2024 with a clear vision: to create beautiful pottery while opening up new opportunities for women.
What followed were months of building—from shaping the concept to securing funding and laying the foundation—often without certainty, but driven by hope.
In August, the first train-the-trainer program began. When the kiln arrived in December 2025, everything came together: sansaar had become a living space for learning, creating, and growth. Today, sansaar has completed its first training program, launched workshops, and stepped into the market for the first time—marking the beginning of sustainable income opportunities.
All of this has been made possible through the trust of donors and, above all, the dedication and strength of the women who are shaping sansaar into a safe and empowering space.

what we shape next
Our vision is to grow this impact — carefully and intentionally.
Just like in the process of shaping clay into pottery, building this program takes time. It takes patience, practice, and the willingness to start again — often stronger than before.
The same is true for creating something meaningful. We aim to train more women, deepen their skills, and create sustainable opportunities. Each step forward is shaped with care — slowly, thoughtfully, and with purpose.
the power of change.
shaping clay. shaping lives.
